Check before washing

Before washing, carefully check the label inside the garment.

Wash with great care

Down products are delicate and require special care to maintain their effectiveness. Use ONLY front-loading washing machines, wash in warm water with a liquid detergent specifically designed for down (no bleach), using a delicate cycle and a low spin speed. You can also repeat the rinse cycle to ensure all detergent residue is removed. To remove excess water, you can run an additional spin cycle. Remove the garment from the washer by holding it at the bottom.

Close all zippers

Before washing, turn your product inside out and close all Velcro® closures and zippers to avoid accidental damage.

Have your product cleaned at a professional dry cleaner

If your down product won't fit in the washer or dryer, we recommend having it cleaned at a professional dry cleaner specializing in down cleaning. This will save you time and energy.

Tumble dry on low heat

Tumble dry your down product on a long cycle at low heat. It's important to wash and dry each item individually. We recommend placing tennis balls in the dryer to prevent the down from clumping.

Do not line dry.

If you don't have a dryer, you can dry your down product over a radiator. Stir it occasionally to maintain the down's structure.
